International Student Program in Primanti Montessori School

What is I-20?

An I-20 is essential paper that only some specific and authorized institutes can issue to eligible students. This is the application required to apply for an F-1 student visa to join an international student program. In order to apply for the F-1 student visa, parents should get in touch with their local American Embassy and make an appointment to apply for it.

After collecting F-1 Visa, parents have to submit a copy of F-1 to the School Official (DSO) and get ready to travel. Now students are permitted to come to the U.S. within 30 days prior to the start of school. On joining international student program, the student’s I-20 will be recorded in the administration’s database (SEVIS).
